Doreen Drennan is an award winning impressionist painter and has been documenting the Wild Atlantic Way and the Burren for over 30 years.
Doreen has spent her life on the Atlantic : born in Achill Island Co.Mayo and later moving to Lisdoonvarna in Co.Clare.
Through years of observation she has developed an acute understanding of the wildness, the dramatic seascapes and landscapes , and the ever changing light of the West of Ireland. This natural beauty she continually strives to perfect on canvas.
Doreen’s studio/gallery is situated between Lisdoonvarna and Doolin, on the edge of the Burren and within sight of the Cliffs of Moher, in North Clare.
Her Studio/Gallery is open to visitors and is surrounded by her coastal garden.
