Clare Arts Office in conjunction with the Cultúrlann Sweeney Gallery presents “Scenes from West Clare” by Cathal Butler at the Cultúrlann Sweeney Gallery, O’Connell Street, Kilkee, Co. Clare from 30th August to 23rd September, 2022.
Cathal is an artist, registered as a professional member with VAI (Visual artists Ireland) and works from EASI Art Studios in Ennis. He mainly does landscapes (in oils) and has done several collections for hotels around the country.
The pictures for the Kilkee exhibition are all of iconic sites/scenes in County Clare (painted in oils). Cathal has also embraced multimedia with a virtual tour of the exhibition that can be accessed through the QR code below or through the link below, which is a great way for Clare people abroad to be able to see the exhibition.
Along with the pictures on sale there is an opportunity to buy prints of the pictures (both framed and unframed) with a limited edition of each image also on sale.
