Eilís Haden-Storrie worked for 20 years in both the peace and broadcasting sector and has put together numerous European-Union-funded films, publications, educational packages and peace programmes for museums and councils across Northern Ireland.
Eilís, who has published numerous feature articles with The Derry Journal, Londonderry Sentinel and Inish Times has a degree speicialising in Creative Writing with The University of Ulster at Coleraine, a Master of Indigenous Studies with the University of Otago, Aotearoa-New Zealand and is a trained Teacher, Conflict Mediator and Counsellor.
In 2019, with the assistance of Creative Ireland and UNESCO Burren Geopark Eilís delivered numerous workshops on the subject of indigenous healing in the Burren and published ‘Nurture, Nature & Being Happy’ a series of interviews with healers of both people and the land.
Eilís who currently runs wellness programmes in Spain, Ireland and Sweden is in the process of editing her second book.
