Oisín McKeogh is a writer/director based in Ireland.

A directing major at the National Film School in Ireland, Oisin was awarded “Screen Director’s Guild of Ireland Director of the Year” at his conferring and is currently a member of the SDGI.

Oisin’s most recent short film “Tough Love” was selected to screen at the OSCAR and BAFTA qualifying Foyle Film Festival, and is currently beginning its festival run. It has also been selected for the Chicago Irish Film Festival and Kerry International Film Festival.

Other accolades include awards for a spec ad at the KODAK/NAHEMI Commercial Awards 2024, official selections at multiple international film festivals, and awards from several funding schemes.

He is interested in exploring darkly comedic stories that examine the absurdity of the human condition and challenge narrative conventions.
