Roisín is a violinist, violist and composer based in Ennis, Co. Clare. She has an MA in Classical String Performance (University of Limerick) and is a recipient of the ABRSM’s Philip F. Walsh Memorial Prize.
She has performed with the Knappogue Castle Entertainers, Academos, Opera Workshop and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and on RTÉ’s Late Late Toy Show and RTÉ Lyric FM.
She is a member of Limerick New Music Ensemble – a collective of composers directed by Fiona Linnane. In 2023, her piece: ‘C-Questration’ (for harpsichord, strings, woodwind and fridge shelves!) was premiered during Limerick Early Music Festival.
