Sabrina Heinrichs was born in Germany in 1980. She studied theology, philosophy, mathematics, German language, geography, sociology and pedagogy in different universities in Göttingen, Marburg and Tübingen. She loves dancing and music. She has a degree as a primary school teacher and is living in Ireland since 2007, because at the age of seven she decided to live in Ireland when she grew up.

She felt a very deep connection to the green island in the Atlantic ocean. She loves traveling around the world to be inspired by this world around her, and shares her emotions and experiences in different ways like stories and pictures that she captured on her journeys through life. She loves to make the people happy and laugh but her message is also to be kind and helpful to those that need help and can’t speak for themselves, to respect every creature of this world.

She was always a very creative person in all sorts of ways and experimented a lot. She discovered her passion for writing, photography and crafting at a very young age. Her gift of painting was revealed later in life.

It started with black and white, an attempt to draw a portrait into which all the love you could imagine flowed. Despite the original belief of not being able to do it and then experiencing and understanding through unconditional love, to have found a way to bring this indescribable love from the higher ground into matter, onto paper and into oneself. That’s how it began. A first portrait was brought into the world and with it the joy and passion of painting.

Through music, nature and the love of the diversity of colours, things initially progressed in shy and gentle nuances. Recently, the first pieces of art in powerful and lively colours were created and a symbiosis between black and white and the entire colour spectrum was born.

The artworks are modern/abstract, linked to higher knowledge and feeling, merged with well-known art techniques. The materials and methods that flow into these pieces are as diverse as the colours. One of the artist’s wishes is that the imagination of the individual should be addressed and the way in which the paintings are interpreted should be as diverse and lively as the art that is expressed.

The aim is to conjure up love, confidence, imagination, compassion and yes, definitely colour, into people’s hearts and show the viewer the world of joy and hope, in what can sometimes be such a sad and dark time. To offer a contrast and inspire people to show one’s true colours.

The very first piece of art named „Stereo“ was released in July 2023 and thus laid the foundation for something that had long been dormant in the artist herself and was realised in matter through unconditional and deep love and gratitude.

Symbiosis between vision and matter, black and white and color.
