Clare Arts Office is the contact point for all filming in Clare and acts as the conduit within the local authority for permissions and logistical supports.
The Arts Office works at local, regional and national level to promote Clare to the film industry as a county open and welcome for shooting and filming.

Film in Limerick
Film in Limerick is a project developed by Innovate Limerick to cater for the growing film industry in the mid-west region. Clare Arts Office works closely with Film in Limerick, supporting productions and co-funding initiatives such as the Engine Shorts Scheme.
Screen Ireland
Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland is the development agency for the Irish film, television and animation industry.
Screen Ireland’s mission is to support and promote Irish film, television and animation through fostering Irish artistic vision and our diverse creative and production talent, growing audiences, and attracting filmmakers and investment into the country.
Clare Arts Office is part of Screen Ireland’s network of film offices in Ireland offering free services providing information, advice and support to filmmakers offering local knowledge, location advice and assistance.
WRAP Fund
The Western Region Audiovisual Producers Fund (WRAP) is a Regional Fund committed to strategic investment on commercial terms that generates economic impact, supports local talent, creates sustainable employment, builds the audio-visual infrastructure and contributes to the culture and language of the West of Ireland.
WRAP is an initiative of the Western Development Commission and Galway Film Centre in association with the local authorities of Clare, Donegal, Galway City, Galway County, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo and Údarás na Gaeltachta.
Productions supported by WRAP include Smother and Calm with Horses. Magpie6Media based at the EASI Studios have received development support through the fund, amongst others.
