“Los Paddys – Keep It Lit” is a series of concerts throughout Co. Clare in September and October free to all members of the public and with a special outreach element to the newly resettled refugee communities in our County. Everyone will be welcome to this series of concerts that will showcase Irish traditional music and dancing, Flamenco, songs and tunes from Argentina, Venezuela and even Ukraine! The concerts will also contain a family friendly Fairy wing choreography that when performed at night time becomes a LED super light show!
To further facilitate the fun and connection with the audience, Los Paddys has a fluent Spanish speaker (Paddy Mulcahy) and a fluent Russian speaker (Lenka Fairy) to connect with
our newly resettled Ukrainian community. The first few concerts performed on Culture Night were a smash hit with kids and parents smiling in photos with our Fairy team. Los Paddys will continue with this momentum playing 4 more concerts culminating with a show in the beautiful St. Columba’s Church at the end of the month. Come out and join Los Paddys for a song, a dance and a smile!
