Robert Downey is a visual artist based in Co. Clare. He has a studio based practice, initially based at the EASI studios, with a focus on painting, drawing and digital collage.
He graduated from Limerick School of Art and Design in 2019 and has been working and exhibiting as an artist both locally and nationally since.
