Visual arts are an integral part of othe Arts Office’s programme and supporting arists is one of our key objectives.
The County Arts Office manages the exhibition spaces at the Gallery at Scariff Library and Culturlann Sweeney, Kilkee and the Foyer of the County Museum, Ennis.

The Arts Office also supports the Courthouse Gallery and Studios in Ennistymon and glór, Ennis.
We support the Burren Annual exhibition that takes place each summer at the Burren College of Art (not running in 2021 due to COVID 19)
We run programmes, on an ongoing basis, that feature the visual arts and visual artists such as our Artist in Schools Scheme and our Arts and Disability Programme as well are residency programmes and events such as Culture Night.
We provide supports to artists through our artists studios in Tulla and Ennis, our grants schemes and professional development programmes run locally and online.
On occasion, we support artists by purchasing artworks for the County Art Collection.
